2. Payment Terms

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selection.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with past-due balances.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clicky Marketing and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Upon full payment for custom website builds, clients are granted a license to use the final deliverables for their business operations. However, proprietary systems, software, and underlying code frameworks remain the property of Clicky Marketing.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the services through the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cancellation takes effect, you will lose access to the proprietary tools, hosting, and ongoing support provided by Clicky Marketing.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clicky Marketing, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
